Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Azona collects through the Azona Discord server, bot, and website, and how it is used. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Data we store

We do not store passwords, payment credentials, or wallet private keys. Reward fulfilment details such as UPI IDs or crypto addresses are shared by you inside private support tickets only, used once for fulfilment, and never published.

2. Data we share

Offerwall partners such as CPX Research, Opinion Universe and TheoremReach. Your Discord user ID is passed to them as a tracking identifier so a completed offer can be credited to your wallet. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
Discord, Inc. Operating on Discord necessarily exposes basic profile data under Discord's own policy.
We do not sell personal data, and disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

3. Cookies and this website

The Azona website is a static informational site. It sets no cookies, runs no accounts, and performs no tracking of its own. Standard server and hosting logs such as IP address and user agent may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.

4. Retention

Wallet and ledger records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to settle disputes and prevent fraud.
Moderation and fraud records may be retained indefinitely to protect the server.

5. Your rights

Ask what data we hold about you via a support ticket.
Correct your country setting at any time with the bot's country command.
Request deletion of your wallet data. Deletion of ledger or fraud records may be refused where they are needed for an ongoing dispute or abuse prevention, and deletion forfeits any unredeemed balance.

6. Children

Azona is not directed at children under 13, consistent with Discord's age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from under-13 users, and such accounts are removed.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy at any time; material changes will be announced in the server. Privacy questions or requests: open a support ticket in the Azona Discord server.
