Questions

Do I need to share my private key?

Never. Azona only needs a public receiving address, the same thing you would share with anyone who sends you crypto. If anything asks for your 12 or 24 word recovery phrase, close it - we will never ask.

Why do different coins cost different amounts of points?

Each reward is priced by its USD value. A $25 Bitcoin payout necessarily costs more Azona Points than a $5 Litecoin one. Network fees also scale with the size of the transaction.

How long does a crypto payout take?

We send the funds from our wallet after you claim. Bitcoin and Ethereum networks can take from a few minutes to a few hours to confirm; we post the transaction link in your ticket so you can track it yourself.
