A Steam key activates a game on your own account and stays in your library permanently. The important question with any key is where it came from, and ours are fulfilled by us rather than resold from an unknown chain.
If a key does not activate for a reason on our side, open the ticket you claimed it in and we will sort it. That is not something a grey-market reseller offers.

How to redeem

- Our team posts the key in your ticket, usually within 24 hours.
- Open Steam and choose Activate a Product.
- Enter the key and the game is added to your library.
Questions
Are these keys grey market?
No. We fulfil our own stock and stand behind activation. If something goes wrong at activation there is a person on the other end of a ticket who can actually fix it.
