Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Azona Discord server, the Azona bot, and the Azona website (collectively, the "Service"). By joining the server, creating a wallet, or earning Azona Points, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with the Discord Terms of Service.
You must use your own genuine Discord account. Alternate, shared, purchased, or botted accounts are not permitted.

2. Azona Points

Azona Points ("AP") are a virtual loyalty balance used inside the Azona server. AP have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred between users, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn — except through the official shop redemption flow described below.

Offerwall completions credit 6,000 AP per $1 USD of publisher payout.
Shop prices use a reference rate of roughly 10,000 AP ≈ $1 of reward value. The difference funds operating costs, provider fees, and fraud losses.
Other earnings — daily streaks, tasks, giveaways, and event bonuses — are set per activity and shown before you participate.
Point balances, rates, and rewards may be adjusted at any time to keep the economy sustainable.

3. Earning rules

Complete offers and tasks honestly, on your own device, without VPNs, proxies, emulators, or location spoofing unless an offer explicitly allows it.
Task proofs such as screenshots, usernames and playtime must be genuine and unedited. Cropped, forged, or recycled proofs are treated as fraud.
Task claims expire after 7 days if not verified. Each task can be completed once per account.
Credits arrive only after our partners report a completed conversion. Provider reversals are deducted from your balance, including into negative if the points were already spent.

4. Redeeming rewards

Rewards are listed in the shop with point prices, stock levels, and fulfilment notes. Prices on this website reflect the shop at the time the page was built and may change.
Redemptions are fulfilled manually by staff, usually within 24 hours. Some rewards require you to open a support ticket with payment details.
Once a redemption is fulfilled it is final. Digital codes and transfers cannot be recalled.
We may substitute an equivalent reward or refund the points if an item becomes unavailable.

5. Rewards we do not sell

Azona does not sell Minecraft accounts. Reselling accounts violates the Mojang and Microsoft Terms of Service, and it puts your own account at risk. Minecraft capes and redeem codes are bound to the account they are applied to and cannot be transferred, which is why we deliver them as codes for your own account rather than as accounts.

6. Invite events

Invite bonuses are paid only when your invitee earns at least the event minimum from genuine offer completions.
Commission is paid on qualifying earnings inside the event window only.
Self-invites, alt accounts, and invite farming void all related bonuses.

7. Fair use and enforcement

The following lead to warnings, balance wipes, reward cancellations, mutes, or permanent bans at staff discretion:

Fraud of any kind: fake proofs, alt farming, exploiting bugs, chargeback abuse, or manipulating offer tracking.
Abusing giveaways, events, or the support system, including spam tickets and staff impersonation.
Harassment, hate speech, NSFW content, or advertising competing servers.

8. Reporting bugs

Exploiting a bug instead of reporting it is treated the same as fraud. Report exploits to staff — reporters acting in good faith are not punished.

9. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". Offer availability depends on third-party providers and your country and device. We do not guarantee earnings, uptime, or reward stock, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the server. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
